Personal Experience:
CEO Katsuya Yamaya,
he was worked in the Japanese valve manufacture (Engineering Manager) from 1976 to 1997, and also performed development of low temperature (Cryogenic), high temperature, high pressure, and a large-sized valve for the major oil & gas company with international EPC, and then established Wings Corpoartion in 1997.
After incorporation is performing valve technical assistance to Japanese EPC companies, and technical assistance/sales support to the valve manufacture.
Moreover, he has experienced the valve maintenance planning & suppervising to a fertilizer plant.

CCO: Takashi Yagisawa,
he was worked in the Japanese valve manufacture (QA Manager) from 1976 to 1997, and also created the quality plan/procedure for the Low- & High-Temperature Testing, FE Testing, etc., and treated the troubleshooting from customers.
He experience the amendment committee of JPI-7S-36, and the sectional meeting committee of Japan Valve Manufacturers' Association, and become an establishment member of Wings Corporation.
After Wings Corporation establishment, he support the valve manufacture in Japan including the arrangement with SHELL-GSI about TAT (Type Acceptance Testing) approval, and based on the demand from EPC of Japan, carrying out investigation of an overseas valve vendor and a related casting factory, and evaluation.

Advisor: Masaru Sakurai,
he worked at machinery specialized trading company many years and handled Valves and Actuators. On next he established a Japanese Corporation of the worldwide famous Actuator Company and worked at there 16 years as General Manager and Advisor.
He retired on Dec. 2015 and Wings received him on Dec. 2016 as a specialist of Actuators.
He has experiences for Electric, Pneumatic & Electro-Hydraulic Actuators also Bus system and Sequential logic controls.
Then wings can be suitable advice for Actuator control and specifications when required from Valve Manufactures and the EPC Company.

Advisor: Hiroshi Yasuda,
from 2000, he was in charge of the process engineer of Japanese major EPC companies and worked as a domestic project manager until 2016.
Since January 2017 at Wings Corporation, he works technical support for the piping equipment such as Deaerator, etc..
