Wings Business Model:
| STAGE-0: *It is mainly a direct contract agreement between "Valve Vendor" and "Wings". There is the following merit by contracting with "Wings". 1) Any communications with procurement person & piping engineer of Japanese EPC company. 2) The rational interpretation of a customer technical specification. 3) Technical assistance about customer audit (Vendor Registration), inluding a head office factory and a subcontracy factory (Foundry, etc.). |
| STAGE-I & II: *It is mainly a direct contract agreement between "EPC Company" and "Wings". 1) The risk assessment and risk aversion by valve vendor audit. 2) Attendance with KOM/PIM. 3) Witness inspection during each manufacturing process. 4) Final Wintess Inspection. |
